What we expect from the clients:
Unwavering support for its subsidiary and its local business
Reasonable performance based compensation (2~3% of sales)
Expenses other than routine office expenses such as legal, accounting, and
     consulting fee and charges, business trips, trade shows, marketing and
     sales related expenses (including brochures and samples), website
     development and maintenance, warehousing and freight, duties,
     corporate taxes, and other non-office expenses
Send a minimum of one middle level manager working together with
     CIBA staff members at the branch office.
A minimum of 3 month advance notice for termination
