M. Stephen Rhee, Ph.D.
Dr. Rhee is currently an Associate Professor at the College of Business and Economics at Towson University. He graduated from Seoul National University (BA in International Economics), earned an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Rhee has taught at Korea Banking Institute, Kyung Hee University, Korea University, as well as Maryland, and Rochester. His research/consulting experience includes his appointment at Horan & Associates Financial Advisory Co., International Finance Corporation (IFC), National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), PTC International, Ssangyong Securities Co., and the World Bank (IBRD). He was the Director of Center for International Business and Management (CIBM) at Towson University.
